Manair Educational Society is the brainchild of Mr. Younus Sultan who is Grandson of Erstwhile Industrialist in Hyderabad Late Mr. Vazir Sultan, the founder of Charminar Cigarettes, presently VST Company. He also represented Khammam constituency. Manair College of Law is the first and only College in entire Khammam District with more than 34 years of track record. It was established in the year 1990 and promoted by Manair Educational Society, Permitted by Govt. of T.S., Approved by Bar Council of India (New Delhi), Affiliated to Kakatiya University Warangal, Telangana.
